How can I apply?

Please fill out our online-reservation form and send it to us. Please don't forget to write us the therapy dates you wish and your contact information
After we receive your form we will contact you as soon as possible
If the therapy dates you wish are already reserved we will fix with you other dates
After the dates are fixed we will make a formal reservation for you
When you make the payment for the therapy we will confirm your reservation (please consider that a reservation is only finalised when the payment is done. We have a limited number of therapy places and those patients who make their payment at first have the priority)
